Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
